OK, I'm mad. I'm trying not to hold on to anger, hatred, etc. as I know that God doesn't want me to do this, it is not good for ME to do that.
1-The jerk that was married to my daughter, abused her repeatedly, finally got his day in court and guess what? Just a slap on the wrist, a $100 fine and a "misdemeanor" charge instead of the full Domestic Assault & Battery. He copped a plea. So now, I am checking into his parole agreement then may seek civil lawsuit for $$. No, $$ won't fix anything, but he shouldn't get nothing out of this deal and he's already making the same moves on a 18 yr old naive girl....the cycle continues. I TOLD the PA that I wanted him to be Bubba's bitch as this jerk has a history as old as time of this behavior!
2-The Pervert that assaulted/raped my family member was caught with 6 felony counts and I was told that each count carried 1-3 yrs federal! Guess what? Copped a freaking plea, paid a fine, and off he goes! That's it! Unless he does the same act again, nothing more will be done.
HOW DO YOU COP A PLEA FROM FELONY DOWN TO WRIST SLAPS? I called my lawyer to see about the civil suit and I told him straight up I am sick of the "law" I want JUSTICE. They need to bring back the Old West when you just handled things, wrong was wrong, and no copping pleas!

No justice, NO closure, NOTHING.
People take action against your perpetrators, NO matter who they are or if is going to ripp the whole family apart, if it does than there was NO family to begin with.
Join programs like protect.org take any action to stop this nonsense where a marihuana dealer (i don't smoke BTW) goes to jail for years and a child molester and abusers get out or get 6 months in jail.

So, per my lawyer, the probation requirements were checked, he does have to meet the requirements or lose probation and go to jail. SO WE HAVE AN AIR TIGHT CIVIL SUIT, PER MY LAWYER, SINCE HE PLEAD GUILTY! YES!
THE OTHER PERP, nothing can be done legally UNTIL, you got that UNTIL, someone else becomes his victim. The PA was told HE IS IN DIRECT CONTACT with small children which since his probation is over, I suppose makes it "ok". Yeah, by all means, let's do give Jack the Ripper sharp objects after he's been served time and especially AFTER HE GET 6 MORE FELONY COUNTS!
I mean, really, I know "technically" he has had it proven he's harmed other children/females but let's think, if a dog has a history of biting do we not take note and take protective measures? DEAR GOD HELP ME! He's a snake so the question is not WILL he bite but WHEN WILL he bite!!!!!!!
Further, I know how these perps work......threats to the victim to keep silent or worse things will happen, etc. GOD HOW I KNOW HOW THEY WORK!
I will have peace when the 2nd perp is dead. Not wishing him dead, was hoping JUSTICE would land him 18 behind bars, but death will bring to me the ability to breathe again and quit looking over my shoulder and around corners..........
