Help new bf and best friend arguing

Well the night was going so well we went to the cinema came home he made dinner were watching tv then my best friend who didn't ask came over at 10;30pm unannounced :/ they have issues abt the past so there screaming and shouting at each other :/ and crying now my bf saying she's messed things up and he's going to leave :/ I tried so hard bt I sadly cut myself :/ I know I couldn't handle it tho it was to much pressure how can I resolve this and I have trust and speaking issues pls help me :( I'm begging you x

Do you think your bestfriend is jealous of your new realtionship and maybe is trying to sabotage it?
I question if her relationship vs. a relationship with your bf as to which is more important. There has to be some respect and it has to come from both and maybe they cannot be around each other.
Cutting from what I understand is a release and when you are hurting it is what you do to relieve the pain. It is your coping mechanism when you are traumatized by being put in the middle of two people that you care very much for arguing!
