I'm at school and my flashbacks areaking roday very bad ...I want the pictures to go away...I cnt deal with this...cud someone distract me plz

memorizing this was a really good distraction for me a few years ago...I know it's REALLY weird but it helped me a lot:

* One hen
* Two ducks
* Three squawking geese
* Four limerick oysters
* Five corpulent porpoises
* Six pair of Don Alverzo's tweezers
* Seven thousand Macedonians in full battle array
* Eight brass monkeys from the ancient sacred crypts of Egypt
* Nine apathetic, sympathetic, diabetic, old men on roller skates with a marked propensity towards procrastination and sloth
* Ten lyrical, spherical diabolical denizens of the deep who hall stall around the corner of the quo of the quay of the quivery, all at the same time.

Again, I know it's weird lol.

When I'm in school and stuff like this happens, I like to watch funny stuff online...whether it be Family Guy (which can be distasteful sometimes) or just some cartoon on youtube if you can access it. But it always helps and laughing helps. I also like the memorization thing, that's cool :)
