Yes, bathroom issues are 'normal' for victims/survivors... You're not by yourself...

(I dis like using the word 'normal' cause what is normal for one person is or may not be for the next person.... It's also fits for what are normal clothes on a washing machine.)

Notalone is right. It's just something that can happen when you think about the abuse or if it comes to your mind. I don't know if it can be fixed but mine got better after being in therapy. It's just a defense mechanism.

I had some regressive issues all my life I have been able to self control through therapy it is compulsive and something a 2 year old would do embarrassing sad and really humiliating to be a functioning adult and know something so bad happened to that inner child yes yes I understand

I had bed-wetting issues as a child myself.

You may need to be checked out to make sure you do not have internal injuries causing the problem.

I'm too afraid of anyone to see my body, because so far people only know about the physical abuse. I don't want anyone to find out about the SA.

When you find that special person they will no longer care what you've been through in life but will want to be there for you now!
My wife and I are both victims of sexual abuse, of different kinds, we were both told no one would ever want us, love us, care for us... It's kinda funny in a way that everything she was told by her dad clear up to even AFTER we got married! Was the same thing that I've heard all my life in other ways.
Is our marriage a walk in the park? No, is it easy? Ha ha ha !!! No... Lol
But it's totally worth it!
Did it take time to find each other? OHHH YEAH!!!
Did I waste my time on other girls? Well, I call them 'stepping stones'
They were stepping stones to get to the real one! Some are shaky, some feel really safe only to fail you in someway, but all are in the past.

But when you find that one... It doesn't matter what you've been in, in the past, they will no longer care. They will love you for you! Wrap their arms around you, and you will cry... You will feel safe, warm, and any worry if anything of your past will melt away. You won't forget, I'm sorry,... sadly probably never will forget that, but those memories will melt... You'll understand when it happens...
