i feel like that when my counsellor starts asking me questions. she actually let me write down a outline of what happen shes been trying hard to get me talk more about it i want to cry an say that person isnt me an cry but im so use to showing this hard front shes so patient an i so much want to talk to her an get guidance ive let it eat me up for so long now that i dont want to contiune to let these take over my life. my heart goes out to u hu stay strong x
Therapy can be a good place to practice setting boundaries and developing healthy relationships.
I don't particularly like therapy either. I'm a really private person. But it has helped me a lot when I've found the right therapist.
If she doesn't respect your boundaries then move on to someone who does.

You should always feel safe there. If you hate it or you don't feel safe. You either don't have the right one or you are not ready.
