I, thankfully, have never been molested----but now I have a cocky, homeless, convicted molester in my building trying to order me around!
3rd convicted molester I've met that has a cocky attitude---instead of trying to stay under the radar, and not give anybody any trouble.
The molester is homeless, living in a group home in my building, and in empty apt that a couple weeks ago a lowlife couple moved out of----leaving their cat behind. A few hours ago, judging by leftover food in sprung trap, this molester left the trapped cat out of the trap! He's homeless, claiming to me that he's renting downstairs apt----and he to adopt the cat I've been trying to rescue. AND....he telling me not to complain to animal abuse group about the cat I've trying to rescue!

Sounds like you need to get that homeless cat and your own cats and move.
it's something i'll repeat to my landlord, when I send in next month's rent.
10 years living here, paying rent sometimes 2 months at time, almost never complained to landlord---and today 2nd time in a week, from last Tuesday, to complain about such nonsense. I cant call him about the sprung cat trap of an hour after phone call; will include that in rent letter too.
I'm poor, and might get stuck moving, with even another bad spot at least a change of scenery.
