Today has been a pretty good day for me. Yesterday however was horrible. Ive been deiling with nightmares, and waking up way too early. Its not like insomnia, because I can go to sleep easlily. In fact too easily. I dont so much as go to sleep as i simply fall unconciance. I even have to take nodose if i have to drive for more than a half hour. But anyway Indigonight made a post yesterday that really helped me. and to quote directly "When you recover or discover something that nourishes your soul and brings joy, care enough about yourself to make room for it in your life. - Jean Shinoda Bolen". One thing that i have always realy enjoyed doing was riding my Unicycle. I have started again, and I had a great time. Thank you indigonight.
