I have a feeling my daughter is being groomed to be sexually abused by her grandfather on her moms side. My wife had told me he had molested her when we first met but when i tried talking to her about 6 months latter, she said it was a dream and although i wasn't necessarily convinced, i backed off the topic. 2 years later we had little girl and now shes 4. My daughter stays with her grandparents when we work late nights and she sleeps with her grandfather because shes to scared and he cant figure out how to let her sleep alone. What really got my attention was when my daughter started saying "Love on you" which made me feel uncomfortable so i asked her to show me so we she laid me down like we were going to bed, cuddled and she just rubbed her head on mine which was fine, i was ok with that but then i started to rub the side of her leg and asked, "is this loving on you too?' She said "No...that's bedtime exercises like rubbing lotion on the outside of the clothes. It made me upset and now worried. My wife and i are just now exploring the possibility that her past sexual abuse has caused serious strains on our relationship. Please if anyone has any ideas, thoughts, am i over reacting, does this seem troubling to others? thank you.
