i cant reward myself its like every1 says i shouldntve started in the first place why reward myself for something normal ppl do on a daily basis

I have to say I don't understand cutting. I am sorry you feel that you had to do this to yourself. Is it about control? I am proud of you for not doing this. I would like to understand. I think you should reward yourself and give yourself a huge hug. Keep strong it's within you and you have shown that.

And I do believe that you should be allowed to reward yourself because not everyone is the same and you are a normal person you have just used a different coping mechanism to alot of people. Make sure you do something that is special to you and really give yourself the treat!

it is about control but also its about releasing the inner pain like a when you poke a hole in a water balloon all the water comes out, when i cut all the inner pain and stress is released through the cut at least when i started it was now its just an addiction and no matter how hard i try i keep failing 24 days is the longest ive made it in a long time but im kinda wondering when im gonna fk up again and fail like usual

You should be proud and you definitely deserve to reward yourself! What is "normal"? Everyone has their own cross to bear so to speak. This ahhpens to be one of yours and you are managing it. That is certainly something to celebrate!
