Sexless Marriage Community Group
This group is for those people who find themselves married to a partner who has little or no interest in having a sexual relationship. This can be very painful for the other partner and leave them feeling rejected, unloved and unwanted. This is a group to provide support for this very painful and very private issue.
I met an incredible man two years ago and we married this past August. The first 6 months of our relationship were good from a sex perspective, but still a struggle at times. He seemed inexperienced, even though he claimed not to be and did have previous relationships, and he was hindered from an injury he had to his penis about 17 years prior. Either way he knew sex was important to me and he tried his best to perform multiple times a week. For the past year and a half it has been a constant struggle. He only wants to have sex with me on top for about 5 min maybe(if I’m lucky) every other Saturday morning. It’s so predictable and boring and sad. My sex life was always amazing and always the best part of my long term relationships. Both were 5 years long and sex was just so natural, easy and fun and now two years in here and it’s consuming my every waking thought due to the lack thereof, predictability, and non existent sex drive of my husband. I continue to try and talk to him when I blow up about it every few weeks and he just tells me I married the wrong man and that I just have a skewed persepective. He has now refused to make any changes to try and have more sex or at least make it different when we do have it. I’m exhausted from constantly thinking about this and thinking I made a huge mistake. In every other way he is such a great husband and he is very affectionate to me, but he’s just not interested in having sex with me. It hurts and I don’t know how to keep dealing with this.

NOPE! Life partnerships and marriage should certainly include compromise, adaptation, patience, and growing the relationship.....but not at the expense of deciding what basic needs you should sacrifice. If something doesn't change, the disappointment will turn into rejection then resentment then anger and regret.
You hit the nail on the head. Your last sentence is Very much correct. I have seen so many couples at these stages. Myself as well...
It's beyond frustrating to have a partner that isn't willing to hear you out, take your pleas seriously or meet you halfway. When is it enough? When do we say, sorry, but you just don't seem to want to care for anyone but yourself?
It was our closeness and obviously without it her communication sucks.
