Working towards a better me

I've been working in getting a therapist, I want to beat this but after my ex and I split up I've been feeling so much guilt and anger for being so stupid for breaking her heart and being weak. I know I can do better and I'm really trying. I know I want to get better for myself but I can't help but think that if I show improvement it'll help my chances getting back with her

Only good can come from getting a grip on this issue we all struggle with. May not happen overnight, but little by little you'll feel better about you. When that happens, you give off a better vibe to others. Winning back your ex is not a bad goal, but make it bigger than that so you land on your feet if it doesn't work out.

Here's the deal_ DO IT FOR YOURSELF. If you do change your lifestyle for someone else then that isn't really changing, it's only abstinence.

So look at it this way... If she wants to be with you she will come back for you "as is" because this thing you do is part of you currently anyway. You shouldn't have to change yourself for anyone.

If you feel the need to not use pornography then ask yourself what need are you trying to fill with it and find what else can give you the satisfaction/thrill or whatever...
