Hi sfay im jace3 just wanted to introduce myself and tell you i relate more than ever to that feeling. I had gone 3 days and relapsed yesterday Witch caused me to finally seek help and find a support group. Long as we dont quit quitin we cant fail.

You can't fight it alone, you need people to know and support you. The loneliness can overwhelm you and lead you back to it. As someone who relapsed after a year and a half when I moved, I realized it was because I felt alone again. Find people you can trust!

I also found an addiction recovery support group in my area. It's been hard but I have not relapsed into pornography for a little over seventy days now.

Do not be so hard on yourself either. You had eight days of being clean before you relapsed again. That is better than indulging in pornography for nine days straight.
