I don't give advise,, but I help people think about things so that they can see themselves what they really have to do.

I think first is to think about what your important goals are and what you need to do to accomplish them,, and what kinds of things would really mess up your goals. And it looks like you are doing that thinking cuz you said " i know it ruin everything I've done so far."

Now, you say you'd feel real bad about her kids if you fire her? But you wouldn't feel real bad about her kids if you treat their mother like a whore?

I do understand that you like trashy women and so hired one and there she is,, ready. You set yourself up for this.

My question is then.. what do you really want.. you can't have it both ways. You've been down this road before,, so you can see how it plays out.. doing the same thing gets the same results. It's the same problem.. just the face has changed.

So what do you really want?

In the Bible Joseph was tempted by a woman. She tried many times to seduce him. Joseph true to his calling fled.

You decide what is right.

Her children are her responsibility, not yours. And "she" is the one who has endangered their welfare, not you. So, I'd let her know that her behavior is unacceptable, and if it occurs on any level at all again, she will be terminated. Likely, in writing would be a good thing.

I believe that it takes a village to raise a child, and that it's not just the woman who has all the responsibility. I've been in some pretty desperate situations, and am very thankful for Good Samaritans who have helped in a pinch.

I think you set up the situation by choosing her and are sending her mixed messages about what you want. I don't think it's going to happen that things will straighten out between you and her, and so she must be discontinued altogether. You may advise her that her seductive behavior has put her out.

Well I hope u make the right decision but what I want to know is why u like trashy women? do u like the kind that dress like tramps, have a bunch of baby daddies or trashy in the bedroom only? her kids are her problem not urs. if u like trashy women then ur in for a lot of un-necessary problems.

I do not understand the ( liking trashy women) part. I want to add something... when you go for trashy, you are not feeling highly of yourself, because if they were decent women that felt highly of themselves, they would not want to be seen as "trashy". Did porn make you desire trashy over beautiful classy women?

My concern reading this is she is trying to set you up for either a sexual harassment lawsuit or to blackmail you by THREATENING a sexual harassment lawsuit. She may not be smart enough to know how the law actually works, but dumb people who think that they are smart can cause a lot of trouble too.

I guess what i mean by (trashy) is a type of female who put's herself out there in a aggressive sexualized way they make themselves easy to someone like me who has a sexual addiction and when i was out there looking for sex they're what i was attracted to. I hope that explained my comments.

So true,, you'd think they are just stupid and trashy, but they are actually very manipulative, and they recognize your weakness. How many times has it turned out the same way? that the woman soon dominates you by using your weakness? and yes, your sexual addiction is a weakness easily exploited by a trashy female.

Come to think of it, this weakness is easily exploited by not so trashy females too, to get the upper hand and use emotional blackmail to manipulate.

I know that you all are completely correct it is a weakness and she senses it. I told her yesterday that the inappropriate behavior has to stop or I'd have to let her go.And i informed her in the presence of two other employees. Hopefully that will cover my butt.

She may think you're only trying to cover your butt in public, but that in private is a different story. You've got to be very consistent and make the limits and boundaries very clear and unwavering.

One of the reasons it's been so easy to feed my addiction and so hard to recover is that i own and operate two night clubs and both are pretty popular and as employees go it usually attracts the kind of female employees we're talking about and want to fire her but other than the inappropriate behavior she does her job so I'm going to talk to my attorney to see if i can let her go just from the inappropriate behavior and not be sued .

As was said in another post to another person whose job is in that field,, yes, it's harder to resist temptation in those environments. Put an alcoholic in a bar and see what happens.
