Hi everyone,
i just had a major relapse with my sex addiction and could really use some support to get back on the path to recovery. My triggers are severe anxiety and depression, which I am working on with therapy and meds. I used to attend meetings regularly, but my new work schedule makes that difficult now. I don’t want to be a slave to this addiction anymore. It’s been my main maladaptive coping mechanism since I was a young boy. Any advice, suggestions, or recovery partners would be very welcomed and appreciated!

If you find it hard to make it to physical meeting locations, there are a lot of conference call meetings at all different times that might fit your schedule better.

Hi restful, since I joined this group I have had two major relapses, but I am determined to keep trying this time. One thing that has helped me focus is on how staying clean helps me in all other aspects of my life. I am a better person when I am clean (in my job, relationships, mental health etc.)
