I'm really not sure how this works. So I guess I'll just talk. I've been married for 6 years, I have 2 children, and my porn addiction (which, in turn, masturbation) is ruining my marriage. I guess I never saw it as a problem, since I've viewed porn for over 20 years. I'd say I watch it at least once a day, and as often as 3 different times a day. Always in private. I don't have unusual categories in which I watch... straight porn, Asian women, sometimes I enjoy a little role play. I had an instagram full of busty asians that I followed that hurt my wife the most. I never really considered they way my wife would feel about it, which is probably why it hurt her so much, she feels like its the same as being unfaithful. After being screamed at for, well, an entire day and taking time to think, I know I need to find help. I honestly, don't really know where to start, but I started a calendar where I will mark off the days I abstain from it. I'm also going to take up playing a computer game as a hobby to fill the time voids. Thanks for any support.

I'm going to post my journal entry today because I started asking myself relevant questions that I might need some guidance on:

From my Journal:
"So... I'm a bit confused. I haven't been viewing porn and doing well with everything, but I was upstairs talking to my wife last night while we were showering. My wife is beautiful and sexy. I found myself lusting after her (this is nothing new) but didn't know if I was supposed to or not, because of the porn, but shes my wife and I feel like I should want her. So how do I approach this confusing issue? Is sex and lusting after my wife acceptable in this recovery? Or should I refrain from it too? I still want her to know that I want her, and only her."

I have small children, and a very short tempered wife... 90 days no fap will probably destroy my marriage so fast I wouldn't be able to blink because of the irritability. Sorry, but that's gonna be a "won't even try" for me. If I was single with no kids, I might try it, but I don't want to scare my children or set my wife off due to how my mouth will snap off due to irritation. Not worth the risk.

I am relating to this in the fact that my wife caught me with porn on Twitter that she had no knowledge that I had one and I denied having one until 2 days later after I got caught she still kept goi g through my phone to find out a search history and I didn’t log out of my account and she saw the collection of porn video after porn video. She assumed that I masturbate to the videos but to be completely honest I don’t I would play the video fast forward fast forward fast forward saw a position that caught my attention would play it back to normal then continued fast forwarding repeat and continue till the video was done, like you said it was more like a mental high almost like a marijuana smoker doing his/her wake n bake bowl.
