Hey man, Im glad youre here seeking help. Just two days ago was the first time I told anybody too. I think the best thing for me is just to be open about it and maybe even turn to another here to hold each other accountable. I know its a weird concept but by being more open to talking about it with people who understand and giving it the proper light might help a little bit. Also I have been doing a lot of devotional reading which is really giving me hope to fight. I dont know if youre religious but maybe something to look forward to. Im still fighting myself and I dont know if this helped at all but just know that we're all here trying to be the best that we can be. Here if you need it!

It’s really hard for me to open up about my addiction because I’ve opened up to people who I thought were close friends but it turned out they were only interested in talking about themselves and cared nothing about what I had to say. So I’m hoping if I can talk to people who have the same addiction as me it might have a better outcome. I’ve never been a religious man but I totally understand how religion can help those who follow it.
I appreciate any comments or advice since I feel I am at the lowest point I have ever been in my life. I also struggle with anxiety and depression but that’s a whole different story.

Do not feel guilty. Lots of religious priest are sex maniac. So, religion do not any thing do. Being addictive is harmful since it takes over your mind. That is biggest danger. Set up priorities in your life and focus on what you can do best. Watching porn may be for few minute is not bad if it relieve your from stress. Soft porn is better than hard core. Hope this could help.

One more thing, do not use equipment provided by job. They monitor your activity and back fire on you.

Soft core porn does nothing for me anymore, I almost find it boring actually.
Aside from work I really do nothing else so the thrill of getting caught gives me excitement. Plus I’ve done much worse at work than just watching porn.

How often do you watch porn? You mention getting caught is a thrill- caught by wife or co-workers??? Sounds like you've been doing this for some time.
Everyone knows that accessing porn is as easy as opening a door. Some background on me - as 1 who suffers from ED, I have turned to porn to satisfy my cravings! In my situation, I'm glad it's available.
Back to your issue, if it's so easy to access, could be a dilemma. My initial question is really the crux of the matter? Depending on your reasons for watching are key to how/if the "problem" can be solved! Just looking at your issue from my standpoint...
