Hi everyone my name is Dayannerah and I'm addicted to watching porn. I had lasted 3 weeks without any up until yesterday. I feel so horrible and ashamed. I prayed for forgiveness and told the Lord I am sorry for breaking His heart but I am not sorry enough that it probably will happen again and i hate that. Anyways, I'm here to find support for when those cravings seep in and I try my best to avoid them.

focus your energy towards something you enjoy doing, this has helped me get through it and not leaving myself vulnerable to the temptation that are no longer there.

Hi Dayannerah, I'm glad you took the initiative to search out this group. I think we all can relate to the cycle of sustained effort, failure, guilt, resolve to try again. Wondering how God sees all this. Is God angry? Does God still love me? I've tried different things for 30+ years, and I know that slowed down the descent, but it got really bad. I don't know how old you are, but don't wait to get radical with it. That is my approach now. A radical approach and I think I'm on the right track. Please check out my daily journals if interested!
