I commend you for the steps you are taking. I am 11 months porn free. I stopped cold turkey. I have been in counseling, couples counseling and recently started CODA. It was CODA that helped me understand what it was that made me use porn. The COVID19 quarantine gave me opportunity to read Every Man’s Battle by Stephen Arterburn. I wish I read that book earlier in my recovery . It was very precise and eye opening and confirmed for me to stay clean! Keep working. It is worth it.

Habit tracking is a strong start, also soften your mind towards therapy. It's a powerful addiction and since it's generally viewed as innocuous in today's society it can be hard to find others that take it seriously.
