I found the vids from Terry Crews to be helpful. (Hes the actor who came out as a porn addict). He has a few short vids called "Dirty little secrets", maybe 5 or 6 of them, that were VERY inspiring. he talks about his addiction, how to get over the feeling of "shame". They are on his FB page under videos. He has a LOT of content so you might have to search for them. Hang in there man. You cant right a new chapter in your life if you keep re-reading the past. (Dont hate yourself for things you have done, you cant change it. Focus on today and tomorrow)

And I cant go back and correct grammatical errors I've done typing here either...Im letting it go :)

Feeth, those are good starts. We would also encourage you to try connecting with someone in person who understands what you're going through, and isn't going to judge - a counselor, a trained faith leader, a 12-step group, etc. Groups like this one are very helpful, too, but in our experience nothing beats direct human contact with someone who gets it.

I agree therapy is a great start. Find someone your comfortable with that specializes in sex addiction. They can help you figure out what your triggers are and go through the emotional side.
