Hi everyone.
Today I've finally taken the step to admitting to myself, and this forum, that I have a porn addiction.
I've been in a relationship for almost 10 years with a beautiful girl. Everything in our lives is great, but we barely have sex anymore and I realise now that it's because I am looking at girls online and have rewired my brained to feel like I'm not content with one girl.
I have tried to give up watching porn before, I can usually go for a couple of weeks but the pull is too strong and I go back to it.
I think that if I'm active on this forum I will have more of a reason to be honest and stay strong.

Gotta be honest, the last week has been confusing. I've been having a lot of urges to watch porn but the actual act of jerking off to porn doesn't appeal to me and kind of seems a bit silly.
I'm taking this as a positive and thinking that my brain is just rewiring itself.
Feeling really thankful that I have this forum to vent on.
