Don’t have the time

I always felt that I didn’t have the time to volunteer or help others. I have kids, no spouse, a full time job, and chores around the house and farm. Yet I have had time to spend hours looking at porn and, well, you know. I have decided to spend more time volunteering, and hopefully have less time looking for bad things online. Does that make sense?

It does, pornography begins to consume us, it filters into relationships, work etc. it’s this drug of sorts. I’ve watched my pornography use spiral out of control almost loosing job over it as well as a wife and kids. I encourage yes to take note of it, don’t let it be this ugly demon striving to control you. I think it’s great your striving to volunteer and help others. Just my food for thought, best of luck.

Get off the porn! I also used to look at it for hours and masturbate for hours on end. It definitely effected every part of my life.
Now if i am feeling that i need an outlet like that I workout or do yoga or go for a long as hard bike ride. something physical and exhausting but that makes me feel really good.
It totally makes sense. You've got this.

I was reading that people watch more internet porn the amazon, netflix and twitter combined.

It's the new drug but it's like any addiction. It's a quick fix for something they are lacking. It is simply "A call for love"

    So mad at Xfinity!  They're trying to charge me $115 per month for the same service I had been paying $50 the last four years. I took the equipment to UPS for shipping and cancelled my subscription today!  Next door was a cookie shop called Crumbl. I had heard of it before but never went in until today. I don't need one more sugar fix, but maybe it will help with my sad) grieving heart....$15...
