excerise, go for a walk,learn how to play an instrument, call a friend, go out for coffee, cook, avoid the computer, tv and phone at all costs...

I struggle with the same thing I need to find things to occupy my mind. I am thinking about trying to learn to play guitar I think it would be fun plus give me something to occupy my time to keep the evil thoughts at bay. I also go for walks or talk to friends and family. Even just going out and wandering around the mall helps anything I can think of to keep me from watching porn

I get super distracted when listening to music and singing, cleaning is very cathartic for me at times, bike rides and other forms of exercise, yoga and seated meditations, cooking food, watching a really good movie or show, reading a great book, learning something knew (instrument, language, how to sew or knit, painting etc.), I also listen to a ton of podcasts and am constantly looking information up. Learn! Don't watch porn! HAHA

It will take time and practice. Be soft with yourself if you slip up, learn from the experience and do better next time. You've got this!
