hi ttbs23 - I was away for a couple of days so didn't have a chance to check in - big mistake - didn't do so well last night - made the mistake of watching my tablet in bed - won't do that again. Even 2-3 weeks going porn free leaves me susceptible to the cravings. So a reminder to me to check in and not have any electronics in the bedroom. I hope all is well

Its been a while since I checked in - busy with Christmas and such - I have to report one relapse event a couple of weeks ago - so back on the program - no major urges since then - but I have to be vigilant as the addiction is slippery character

Hi, I am new to the site as I had a relapse in my battle with porn addiction following almost 2yrs clean. Although I didn't use hard-core porn I watched inappropriate material on TV and didn't disclose it, which is the boundary my wife and I set as the lies are the most damaging thing to us. I just wanted to say that the chances of me accessing porn on electronic devices is now almost gone as we added an app to block inappropriate content (funamo) and my wife set the password, It really helps so may be helpful to others. I have also learnt that despite so long clean and feeling I had the coping mechanisms, complacency has caught me out and I need to remind myself every day that I am an addict and what I risk losing for something that actually provides me nothing of value.
