Congrats on your 100 days sober!! It takes determination and motivation to be clean from an addiction. I know from personal experience it is very difficult to stay clean in a world that is sexified. I would just try to keep your mind focused on something that makes you happy, spending time with friends or family, learn a new hobby, or just occupy yourself with work. Keep up the good work.

I think you are wise to realize that a PSO would feed the same addiction as pornography. Really, everything that is wrong with pornography can be said about PSOs -- it feeds the same urges with meaningless fantasies while turning other people into sex objects who exist for your personal pleasure, all the while distracting you from real opportunities for lasting happiness and real obstacles to that happiness that you may need to work through.

I know the voice that says, "I'm better now, I can handle this now." Its the addiction trying to sneak its way back into your life.

if you are a golfer...watch the golf channel today and the Master's this entire weekend...do your taxed is not done...bake a dessert you've never tried...buy and instant pot and make some ribs...concentrate and find something to divert your mind.
