Hi there,

I am trying to quit pornography and I am seeking advice from anyone who has been able to successfully quit or is in the process of trying to quit.

Do you have any advice or strategies or tips on how to quit, or any resources I could use to help me quit.

I have quit pornography for about four months now. I would have occasional relapses every few weeks to months for many years. What helped me stop is a lot of prayer and going to a support meeting with other individuals.

I think we're always going to be addicts but need to focus our energies in different directions.
Next time you want to watch porn try to think of something else you could be doing.
Every time you you avoid watching is a small success and can be built on.
