I am starting to feel it again.  Something is stirring.  I got so down the other day, but the thought of doing something to pleasure myself is making my head spin.

Hello Mary.
I have to agree with Bill's comment. Pretty sure everyone does it too. One main problem is that we have no one to share our intimacies with. I remember in the past how wonderful it was to talk with someone about such private matters.
I am hopeful that I meet someone again that will fill that void in my life.

You have to take care of you before you can take care of someone else. It took a long time for me to realize how true this was before I finally set aside time ot take care of my own physical and emotional needs.
