Hello, I'm hoping maybe you can help me. About 30 years ago, my now fiance was a substance abuser and in one of his altered states, attempted to have sex with a minor. He was not a child predator, just made a stupid move while being sstupid and high. He served time in prison and was forced to do an experimental sex offender treatment program which included having his gentitals hooked to a device, showing him pictures and shocking him. Now almost 30 yrs later, he's been clean and sober for well over a decade, is the most loving, hard working person you could ever meet, yet due to his "treatments" cannot become physically or even mentally aroused. We are very much in love and this is the only thing causing a problem between us, as I'm very attracted to him but anything sexual makes him uneasy. Can you give me any ideas who we could turn to for help? All we want is a normal, healthy sex life, and this causes us both so much anxiety, depression and embarrassment. The "treatments" were experimental and cruel, is there any recourse to try to get him some help? Thank you in advance for any ideas!
