Just wondering how everyone is doing.
Becca, how is your sister doing? Alot better I hope.
MandieGrace, I saw where you are trying to start a business out of your home. That sounds exciting! Hope your son is doing O.K. now.
Last week was horrible for me and my family. My husband had gallbladder surgery on Monday of last week then his ailing Mother passed away the following Thursday so we had to fly to West Viginia that Saturday and return this last Monday. My poor husband was still recovering from his surgery during all this. All our stress levels were off the chart. He returned to work today and thank God things are calming down around here. Timing is everything!
Hope everyone's T is gone! I wish!

Everything in our house is doing well. Been lifting all of you up in prayer the last week hoping that you guys where all doing good. I was kind of worried that something happened since I haven't seen any post on the board from anyone lately. Lim sorry for your loss and will continue to lift your family up. I know how it is to loss a parent. I lost my Father and Mother just four months apart with in five months of being married. That was a tough first year. Knew if we could make it through that with are first child on the way we could make it through anything.
Mandie, how is your son doing? I how much better?
I hope as well that everyone is blessed with quiet days ahead. Today has been a struggle but like all of you, I'm learning to deal with it day by day. Just can't figure out why after eight years it had to get worse when things seemed to be going so well. What can you do?

I'm sorry for your loss in the past of both of your parents. That is so sad. It must have been a really rough year for you and your wife. My husband and I had a similar year in 1988. His dad died in March and my mom died in December. It was probably the worst year of my life so far.
I hope you have a better day today than yesterday.

I was twentyone at the time and that seems so long ago. I know where they are so it makes it easier. My dad was paralized from the neck down due to a car accident and mom was in really bad health as well after taking care of him for 14 years in his condition. I'm sure she just missed him allot and was ready to be with him again. I know they are blessed now being in the presence of our Father. One day we will be as well.
You know, it seems like you and I are the only one's that have posted here for a week now. I hope everything is going OK for everyone else that we usually chat with here.

I'm glad that your sister is doing better now. I'll continue praying for you and your sister and that her kidneys return to normal.
Please don't blame yourself for members leaving. If they had read your post about your sister they would know that you have had your hands full.
Please try to take care of yourself. Stress is so hard on our bodies.

Becca Im glad your sister is getting better! As for your post in DS I hear my T all the time even the shower cant stop it even the ocean waves cannot drown it out I know what you are going thru. I didnt like Mari2 answer over there, so much fighting I dont even like to write over there to much anymore. Some people are just so mean are we not adults? Anyway I hope you feel better!!!!
I didn't understand that responce either. It sounded like Mari2 didn't know what Becca was really trying to ask. Oh well what can you do. Some peoples kids just don't get it. lol I go there to read some of the post and at times may post there myself but only if I feel I can give a little encouragment. After all, thats what Daily Strenght should be about. Encouraging each other, giving strenght, helping someone when they're not feeling their best to make it through another day.
By the Way, Becca, I do hear mine pretty much all the time and I'm afraid to take showers and a bath without ear plugs because when I'm done, the T is louder.
