hi everyone! I'm new like a lot of people I guess and I think I'll be in this group a lot so I guess I'll tell a little about me?
so I'm still a teenager who suffers from anxiety, panic attacks, and minor depression.
today I feel really sad and anxious because every night my boyfriend and I would call but he didn't answer my texts or calls. He always go to sleep when he's tired and I know that he's asleep but I just can't help myself for some reason and start crying and getting sad
can skmeone hlep me?
Right now for example, she is leaving for a "15 min shower" as she calls it, but i know she just want to escape from me because im such a horrible person. I am pathetic truly and she doesnt know how to deal with my lack of selfconfidence. She is always leaving for really small reasons like a shower or grocery or whatever she can find to go away from me.
If anyone has any idea of advice i could give her to make her understand my situation here i would be really open to that.
