Senior Health & Aging Support Group
Aging is an important part of all human societies reflecting the biological changes that occur, but also reflecting cultural and societal conventions. There is often considerable social pressure in many societies to sustain denial of the aging process. Join this community to discuss general issues with aging and senior health.

To post now, you must join the group. Things change. I think all of the Posts here are old. So I say, is anybody here?

I dont think anyone has been here , plus a number of people left DS when they upgraded. but I joined , dont know why. I get so lonesome anymore. so many here are seniors.

I check in, but why post when no one else visits?

I enjoyed this group when it was active. I may not be able to change the site, but I can try to be friends with as many people as I can in hopes that eventually the group will flower again.

you would think with as many seiors there were on DS this group would be busy. but I have found not many are very active, I lost alot of friends on here when they changed. some cant get ack on. others just gave up because they did not like it. I had some on groups that I got to know and miss them. When your alone in the world its a bad feeling to lose that interaction.

I'm here. I'm new. I'm caring for my elderly parents.

Well, I'm here and just joined but apparently a lot of up grading sent many packing? I was a member years ago and boy has it changed.

I forgot to ask, how do you request friends here?
fairygirl
Well, since I put this question over 8 days ago, I guess nobody is here???

click on the name of the friend you want, the home page of that person will ask if you want to be friend, click on the friend emblem. Then it will have a pop-up asking you if you want to add person as a friend, choose yes. Much easier than I am making it seem.
