Hang in.
im sorry your sister is being like that. it must be really hard for you. im here for you.
I can imagined how freaked you were. Emma, you CAN deal with this. Understand that as much pain as you are going through, how much pain your sister must have to try to kill herself to escape it. I was where your sister is many years ago and each time my younger sister flipped and blamed me for putting her and my family through hell. But at the time, the hell that I was going through consumed me - not anyone elses. I guess what I'm trying to say is. . . Don't freak thinking about yourself and that's way hard. Be cool and be there for her - let her know how much you love her, how important she is in your life. Write letters, text, call . . .
You are strong and can handle this!!
i haven't talked to him in a few months. and espacially not since i attpmted that.
it really hurts me, not talking to him. we never talked much before, and were never really close. but not being able to just tell him myself, even over the phone or computer is really hard. i wish he would be there for me.
just telling your sister that you're there isn't enough. don't be intrusive to her life, well i guess that would be hard since you don't live with her.
but she HAS to know that you meant what you said about being there.
if you go and break down over this, it'll just prove her theory that life sux. you can't do that to her, you have to be strong for her now.
call her everyday. tell her you love her.
make sure she says she loves you, if she doesn't, then ask if she does.
make plans to visit her sometime, or to have her visit you. and talk about all the things you can do once you get together. all the fun you can have.
and make sure she knows that she doesn't have to talk about anything she doesn't want or need to talk about. she'll talk to you about it in her own time.
but she needs you right now. just like you need us. she's very fagile, and broken, and probably feels exposed and lost.
make sure she knows that you love her.
say that, if nothing else.
