Self-Injury Support Group
Whether you or someone you know or love struggles with self-injury, this is the community to discuss your experience, find support, meet others going through the same, and get advice on how to stop. Working together, we can help find alternative coping skills to reduce the urge to self-harm.
Message me, if you ever need someone.
I used to do the same thing, but differently, i would just basically always be questioning eveything someone did, and why. It was not a good method. Now i get to know someone, and once i feel i have their trust, and i know they don't judge. I then tell them how i struggle with depression. But still only a few people know of my past. And those few people i trust with my life.
Honestly though, do what works for you. Best of luck
Tori
I do this also, but when I do only 1 in 10 will stay and eventually they will leave. It's something I've tried to stop doing, because I do not want to be alone. but I feel better when I do it, because I just cant trust easily. I always think this person I am talking to, becoming friends with, will eventually just screw me over,
I use to think I was alone, considering everyone else made friends so easily etc, im trying to come to terms with it though. I'm sure u will too.
