Self-Injury Support Group
Whether you or someone you know or love struggles with self-injury, this is the community to discuss your experience, find support, meet others going through the same, and get advice on how to stop. Working together, we can help find alternative coping skills to reduce the urge to self-harm.
It's just what you called it, impulsive. And random, and pretty much reasonless. And even though it's all of those things, it also happens pretty often. Maybe I just want to see how far I can really go? Maybe I want to freak people out so I can get help? Eh, I really don't know why it happens. But it does.
I'm such a paranoid and almost over-the-top person that i think im scared of going to the doctors and having someone confirm that somethings not right and that in actuality somethings soo wrong that ill end up in a loony bin.
I'd quite like it to be confirmed though, just because ive known something is wrong for years but everyones always put it down to my time of the month and i know thats not it.
If any of this makes any sense =/
I'm so confused as to why i'm thinking these things, i mean aside from the problems we have at home at the moment which dont even really concern me its not really my personal problem, everythings looking up, ive passed my driving test, i have a car, im starting college soon, i have a job, all my relationships are good. It makes no sense for me to want to die?
