Self-Injury Support Group
Whether you or someone you know or love struggles with self-injury, this is the community to discuss your experience, find support, meet others going through the same, and get advice on how to stop. Working together, we can help find alternative coping skills to reduce the urge to self-harm.
I think this more than pretty much anything else gets to me. I would give your friend a smack round the head personally, but that's just me.
I saw someone else's answer saying that you should maybe talk to her about how her lies make you feel. She really needs to understand that this doesn't make her cool or edgy. It makes her a liar.
Unique and different in a "goth/emo" kind of way...then she's just molding herself to the stereotype and isn't unique or different at all. If she really wants to stand out, tell her to change her lies and maybe she will discover who she really is instead of believing her own lies.
Just keep in mind, everyone is different. Everyone copes differently. And be loving. Above all, be loving.
