so i was talking to my mom last night and i told her that we had had the same insurance that we're going to get in march the time i started going to therapy-hope that made sense.....well we got into an arugement and she was saying that my dad feel really "bamboozled" when he went into my psychiatrst's office with me and felt attacked and everything....that little voice in my head kep on saying "suicide, suicide, suicide, suicide, suicide..." AND I KEEP THINKING IT.......i know i should probably tell my parents and/or go to the hospital, but the more i thikn about it, the better it seems....my rapists stole my hopes and dreams away so i might as well give them up now........i don't know what to do!!!! if i tell my parents they get angry, if i DON'T tell my parents they get angry....i feel like cutting or killing myself.....i'm trying to use some distraction and other self injury coping skills that AREN'T self injury....i think i'm gonna call my therapist and talk to her.....i can't deal with this!!!!!! anyone have anything for me????

I'm here if you ever wanna talk :) I'm sorry things are so hard. I would suggest calling your therapist or going to the hospital...or both. Maybe just not tell your parents if that will make them mad...Take care and be safe *hugs*

Sorry you're going through this rough patch val; whatever you do don't give in to the suicidal thoughts; your rapists stole certain things but you can regain your future; it's not lost yet. Have you given punching a pillow or screaming into one a try? or exercising, watching a movie, breaking something that is of no value.

I know exactly how you feel. Being raped is the worst thing, especially if it happens repeatedly. I feel your pain. Ive tried to commit suicide 5 times in the past 3 years, I learned a very important lesson from it. You are more important then you think you are. You are a link in a big chain of the universe. If you disappear or die that chain gets broken and you affect thousands and thousands of things that where to happen and people you are to influence. Thousands depend on you, you are extremely important. You are meant to change the world some how. A change only you can make. If you still feel suicidal talk to your therapist and know that you can also talk to me. I hope this helps. :) stay strong.

I am an incest survivor and I know how you feel. I tried to kill myself 4 times as a child. Thankfully I was unsuccessful I now know I want to live I just wanted the pain to go away. My parents were my abusers and they are long dead. When I was in major depression I know how helpless the people who cared about me felt, but I had a wonderful therapist and she was more supportive than anyone who had ever been in my life and she knew what I needed.
