I have been in and out of hospitals for the past months... I decided I am not going back, and if they take me again in, they will have to force me.
Why are you always ending up in the hospitals? if I may ask. Is it related with Self injury?

yes most of the time but this time i told my worker that i was depersed and i had thoughts of suside(that i whanted to kill my self) but i was not going to act on it

never tell anyone you intended to hurt yourself. ever. they are required by law to report you. say things like "sometimes there are feelings I have about hurting myself"...
don't admit to having immediate plans, with a plausible way, to do end it. They have no choice but to hospitalize you.
And just fyi: without a legal document giving power of attorney to someone you trust, you become a ward of the state. No one has a say in your treatment: not your parents, spouse, or children.

hlep i thik you should always tell someone when you have those feelings, because if you act on them the results can be devastating.
maybe ask your worker if there are any alternatives or when youre in the hospial let them help you so you dont end up there again.

Yes, metalheadxlxl, I didn't address the reason for the hospitalization, only the technical ways to stay out of the hospital.
I don't know what was wrong with me yesterday. I know most are on this list trying to quit SI, and looking for support. Sometimes I fit that category.
You are absolutely correct. There are people and resources to talk to before it reaches hospitalization.
I'll quit responding unless it is supportive. Yesterday was just a weird one for me.
