I know I've posted a recent discussion that I was afraid because I fainted after cutting myself, but right now I just want that again. I want the pain to go away, I want to cut and faint again. I just want to give up. When I fainted I was lightheaded and at that time I wasn't thinking of everything that was wrong. I was also hearing noises but I wasn't hearing my thoughts. I want that again. I also didn't remember a lot, and I want to forget all these hard things I'm trying to deal with. I'm thinking of cutting again tonight and I'm hoping I'll faint. I just want to give up. I just wonder, why doesn't anyone else let me give up? Don't they know it'll just be so much more easier? I guess I'm just tired...

i'm sorry that you're struggling........giving up sounds like a good idea, but we're stronger than we think we are....i know it doesn't seem like it, but we truly are.....if you want the pain try stretching or doing yoga.....that usually helps me because i get the burn in my muscles and it gives me relief....pain but in a different way.....or go for a run/jog/walk.....i hope this helped....if you wanna talk, please feel free to message me

Breath and try talking about what is causing you to want to hurt yourself... What are things...keeping it inside is what is going to leave you in the same place your at and repeat the cycle. Vent it helps.

Thanks all of you :) I guess I should try running again, I stopped before because I didn't feel like I was getting anywhere but you're right it could be a good and probably healthier substitute for the pain. And yes I should try talking, even though talking is really hard for me because I don't want people to worry too much about me and not themselves. Also thanks for the offer about the messaging and talking, I'll keep that offer in mind.

Talk it out here, there are many people that are willing to listen, and understand just how hard it is to tell your story. And we have been there, we wont feel sorry for you. We will help you through it. Running is good 30 mins of cardio a day every day no matter what... just go and do it. you will feel better in time.
