Twisting, lifting, leaning, reaching. There are ways you get used to shifting your body and arms when you do things in front of others. Eventually it just becomes natural. If you ever continue to SI, it is best to obviously do it in less noticable places.
I remember when I was so blinded one evening that I went straight for the forearms without thinking about it... Oops... Had to hide that quite difficultly for a couple of months at work. What didn't help is that the uniform is short sleeve shirts and I had to wear a works coat to cover it. Got pretty sweaty, but no other way around it.
