Self-Injury Support Group
Whether you or someone you know or love struggles with self-injury, this is the community to discuss your experience, find support, meet others going through the same, and get advice on how to stop. Working together, we can help find alternative coping skills to reduce the urge to self-harm.
Be of any help to you in all honesty ,
It sounds as tho you have had to endure more than any one
Should havr to ever be subjected to you poor poor thing
I can see why you would turn to drink and drugs it is a choice I havr chosen it masks the pain and brings false comfort but sometimes is the only escape
O don't fully understand why some ppl me included cut or mutilated them selves
For me it is part release part anger I have ended up in hospital
As result of almost leathal cut
I have been in therepy and on meds on and off over the years
And currentlly in that scenario again
I really don't know what to say to you but felt I needed to say something just so you don't feel alone
I feel as I am losing my mind often in many ways o have as I don't think or feel the way I did not so long ago
The past haunts us and torments us but I think your much stronger
Than you think
If you have support and are in a good relationship those are positive things
Seek some therapists out and find one you relate and start the healing
Process
Your husband sounds like an abomination and poor excuse of a human to put you through all jd has
Your better than that and noone deserved to be treated like that
It seems as he programed you to think that's all your worth and brain washed you to belive this was what you deserved
It is hard to erase the past but we can make a better future
