it seems to me like i am nothing latly the urge to cut is just getting to strong like ya my friends have told me not to but they dont understand its to hard for me..i have to its part of me its the only wat that i feel like i am there that i am alive..please someone helop

have you tried holding ice or snapping an elastic band on your wrist?? they might help settle the urge a little

I have been fighting the urges lately. It's been soooo strong. Hang on my friend. You can do it.

your friends are right you do need to stop. however i no that is easier said than done and sometimes it feels like you dont have any choice but to cut - thats a lie - you always have a choice you can control it, if you really have to cut control how and when you do it. try alternative like ice, drawing, writting and getting out has always helped me. go talk to the doctor about it she will be able to offer some support and advise in quitting

i cut agin....couldent help it my councler was out and i didnt know what else to do i tryed writing but it didnt worl...nothing seems to work anymore and i dont know what to do anymore its driving me to the point wwere i dont know were i am anymore or if i should even be alive

i know how you feel, i told my friends a couple of months ago about my cutting, i didnt want to but we were out one night and my friend saw the scars all she could say was just dont do it, talk to me about it, but unless you do it yourself you dont understand, maybe instead of cutting you should squeeze ice, ive been doing that lately although its not the same it does help a little. good luck

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
