Self-Injury Support Group
Whether you or someone you know or love struggles with self-injury, this is the community to discuss your experience, find support, meet others going through the same, and get advice on how to stop. Working together, we can help find alternative coping skills to reduce the urge to self-harm.
So yes, its self harm.. but that does not mean that you have to give up, you can re-count or keep counting with a little slip in the count. I went two years clean and I slipped up on a bad day but I got back up, that is the point that really matters is that you got back up and you notice hey it was a weakness but its not worth it and you go forward. So learn from it, you made a mistake your not interested in falling back so that was then and this is now, and move forward strong. :)
