Your feelins are very intence. But its so good that you told your mom about this. I can't stop you from cuttin but Please don't let your brother see this. He may look up to you. You would never want him to think this is cool or fun. I hope your therpist appointment went well. I need to get courge and tell my therpist about my "activities". Please don't kill yourself. Things can get better.

All i can say is that having a therapist is a good step. Trust me, i have not been cutting in a couple of months and the other day i sat with a blade and for once in my life, i didnt WANT to cut. I never thought it could happen. It gets better.

I hope your therapist has helped you deal with these strong emotions. When I get like that I find ways to destress my life. Change my direction of thinking by changing the atmosphere. Journal, pray find someone to talk to that understands the stronghold in your life. Stay safe!

Tell your mom it's too much. If you do need to go to the hospital, this is definitely a good reason as to why. Hope your therapist helped. Please don't kill yourself. Think of how your family would react and how they'd feel. I wish you the greatest of luck, and you're in my prayers
