I understand you are in alot of pain and are hurting badly. Please don't hurt yourself. You are valued and you mean alot to me. You are loved here, we all care about you. Please do something to distract yourself from thinking these thoughts. You are so depressed and not thinking rational right now. This worries me. Keep reaching out and if you still think of these harmful thoughts call a crisis line, a suicide hotline.

I have suicidal thoughts alot it's just been a while since I've had I think everything is just really getting to me I've only tried a few timed in the past but m too much of a chicken to probably go threw with it I just need a little support I guess. Thanks for your kind words.

You really have me worried. So much pain would come with chemicals and could make things so much worse. You could disfigure yourself, lose your ability to speak and have to have a feeding tube. I hope you seek a therapist to help you as I know you are going through so much and you shouldn't have to alone. We are here and you do have our support. I don't have the guts to do anything I have doctor appointment Monday I'm hoping my doctor can help

Life can be so overwhelming. And it can be relentless. When will pain and suffering end? When will all people have a sense of relief? I know a day is coming when we each will look around and think, "All is well." It's just not today. Despite the struggles, being an earthling has some benefits.

Take sunshine for example - without the sun, we could not see any colors. You have eyes to see the colors it displays, you have skin to feel its warmth, you can eat the plants that got energy from it, you can be warmed because of it, and the amazing thing is that you didn't put the sun up there! You don't have to tell it to shine. It just does what it does and brings you benefits.

Sunshine is just one blessing about this place. Can you think of others? I can think of the blessings that other people (including you) bring into my life. Nothing natural compares to love shared.

Keep on breathing. Keep on praying. Keep on reaching out. Things will get better. Press on, sister!

I am sorry to come to this so late. I have been struggling badly myself and haven't been online much. I too am concerned about you invisible. I think you are a sweet and good person and you have brightened many of my days with your kind hugs. Please let us know what happens at your doctor's today. I hope you get some good news to lighten your load. Please don't hurt yourself in any way and keep pressing on until you find the healing and hope you deserve. I know how hard depression and anxiety and self hate can be and to have to deal with cancer on top of all that must be terribly difficult. We all want you to find the peace and hope you need so desperately. I am sending big buckets of love your way and I will keep praying for you and believing for better days.

I was too my doctor this morning, I told him how bad the last two weeks have been, he just said well it's not going be perfect, your going to have hard tines, with depression the rest of your life. But he want me to take iron pills I'm not looking forward to thT it's so hard on the stomach and my stomach isn't that great with the chemo. Oh well could be worse. Thanks for all your concern it means alot that sOmeone out there cares

Thanks for the update invisible. I am sorry there wasn't more he could do for you. Don't believe that you will always be this depressed. Things can and do change for many people and their mood improves. I am believing for brighter days for you and sending you lots of hugs.

Thank you for the update. I don't believe you will always be depressed. There are antidepressants out there and therapy to help. Try and take something to coat your stomach with the iron pills. It may help some. love and hugs.
