Hi invisible, I don't believe I met you. My name is Lori. I have some things in common with you. I have alot of self-hate and more lately. I am sorry you are feeling so down about yourself. I don't think you are a loser. I feel like I also am in a vicious circle and can't accomplish alot of what I want to. I am sure there are some good things about you. Try to think of some. Maybe make a list and focus on the good things. You are not alone and I am glad you are here. Keep posting.

I am proud of you for posting here. That took courage and honesty--two good things about you for sure. I have failed a lot in my life too and have similar struggles. I just want you to know that we in this group are going to argue with you on a few points. You may feel like a loser--but you are not one to the core as you believe. There is hope for you and for all of us here. Our story isn't over yet! We may have lost a lot of battles but as long as we are breathing there is hope that we can begin to win. We can't give up and throw in the towel yet. Believe me, there was nothing in my resume which would suggest that I could get and keep the caliber of wife I have now. It was a miracle, a gift from God. The same could happen for you my friend. I agree with Lori. Make a list of things--even seemingly insignificant things--that you like about yourself and share that with us so we can remind you of them. We all are here for you. We all struggle with the same feelings. Let us get to know you better so we can point out that in point of fact YOU ARE NOT A LOSER!!!

I'm really struggling with wanting cut today and don't know why

Please don't do that my friend. If you do you will only have one more thing to feel bad about concerning yourself. I am proud of you for being so honest here. I have cut a lot in the past and know how hard it is to quit that. I think it is a behavior that is rooted in self hate. Why else would we want to injure our own bodies? Just know I am here for you, we all are.

I struggle with it too.

Just take it to heart that some of us really care about you. Sometimes we can't learn to love ourselves a bit until we learn to receive love from others. We all want you to make it my friend!

People really should watch how they talk to people what they say and so on
I don't know how many times years people say things "she looks like her dad and then saying poor thing.
Or all your other kids c I can tell that they are siblings ... But this one(me) don't know where she came from , she doesn't fit in the here. Or asking ne if I was retarded over and over again or if I was dumb I'm so tured if never being good enough...

I so hope you can find people in your life to love and support and encourage you. I am proud of you for being so brave and opening up here. It is hard not to be hurt when others say cruel things. I have experienced that too. We see you as brave and honest and real and we are here for you my friend. Just know you are not alone and I am here for you anytime.

Poor, sweet soul. People can be so cruel - just don't be like them! Be kind to yourself. Someone should after all you've been through, why not you? Everyone in this group will be kind to you, in case you need some examples of how to do it. I hope that soon you can get to the place where you don't care what other people say or think about you because you love yourself enough not to give shallow people influence over you. You are good enough for you and that is all that matters.

I cant stop crying feel so done

Hang in there my friend. Crying is a part of healing. It is probably tears that couldn't come out during some of the hurts you have been through. I am sending hugs and prayers your way.

I don't understand why I always come home from being with my family or people in general why I always end up feeling more alone and crying I feel as though I just want to die I'm so tired of this life people laugh at me everywhere I go and when I'm with people I love I just feel so invisible and more alone I'm really want to cut tonight I want this pain to stop even if for a minute
