Often times the voices we hear in our heads that put us down are recordings of someone else's voice in our past. The truth is that you are wonderful and have a lot to give that no one else can. You may not feel that way right now, but it is true. It's true because we all do. Hit the Stop button whenever one of those recordings starts to play.

I cant take this anymore. The lonely, the rollercoaster, the sad the alone the being sick I just want to take something that I won't ever wake up I truly do.

Helping others who have serious problems is no easy thing. I rarely feel I have the right words or approach to truly help someone. I know you do your best and you have definitely helped me on quite a few occasions. I don't want to you disappear my friend.
