day 8 no cutting very hard I almost slipped last night but I didn't do it. I am trying very hard to kick this habit.

ended up going to the walk in clinic today got a bad infection from cutting and they had to splice it open to drain it not to fun I learned my lesson believe me....

Whoooohooo....feel good about you. Keep telling yourself you love yourself to much to hurt yourself, ever again. Love yourself and you won't harm yourself. It's a decision. Decide everyday you are lovable. Easier to say then do...im having a self hate day...lol. Great job!!!

My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper?
