I hope every one who reads this can find the help i just did. I just came back from the hospital. It was the best thing i could have done for myself. I know how hard it can be to do some thing for yourself. I just hope you can find it in yourself to do one kind thing to yourself. Look for help some where. It is out there. Even this site can be very helpful. There are a lot of kind caring people here. And even one kind word can change your day. I hope you can do some thing nice for yourself today. Because i care for you :)

That is a very nice post. I am glad you went to get help when you saw you needed it. I have been struggling an awful lot myself.

you are not only a very strong person but you are so kind. I'm so happy you got help and are stronger because of it! i wish i could do the same and maybe one day I can. I thought i would share what a woman told me the other day. I was standing outside a grocery story collecting donations for the American Cancer society and a woman came up. after she placed her donation in the bin and i thanked her and wished her well she smiled and said "do you know what hope stands for?" I thought for a moment and shook my head. "no, what does it stand for?" She leaned down and scribbled on a piece of paper. "Have Only Positive Expectations" She smiled and walked away with her groceries. God bless you.

Great post!! I am so glad you went into the hospital and found it helpful. I have been there many, many times and have almost always had good experiences. I rested today a lot because I have had a lot of stress and not a lot of sleep lately. Normally I would push myself more when I get to feeling better. Thanks for the reminder!
