My girlfriend is trying to help me stop cutting and I've found held off for a few days because i know full well i plan to cut on Thursday and even though she say we can try and distract me i don't have have the heart to tell her i have no intention of not cutting i feel so guilty :’(

You just have to take it one step at a time. :) Maybe a few days will turn into a week? Everyone goes back to what they did before, but that's just how it works. You have to take baby steps with an addiction like self-injury because it's so addicting. It'll be okay. :)
If she loves you then she'll understand and still be by your side.
Just kept trudging on, you'll eventually get to the point where the urge isn't as bad.
Trust me.
