I feel awful about what almost happened last night almost began cutting. Was literally sitting my kitchen floor in a corner shaking really bad because I was scare and still am. Just trying to figure out a way of how to talk to my parents about suicidal thoughts and cutting. How should I go about this telling them.

Honestly, I have no idea how to tell parents about suicidal thoughts and cutting. I still haven't told my parents about it all. But I can say that cutting, isn't fun. It's a few minutes maybe hours of numbness. Even though you say "just one cut that's all." It never is just one. It turns into two then three and so on. Yes you get this short time where nothing matters other than the blood coming out of your veins at that moment. But then, try hiding them. You eventually start a collection of long pants and long sleeves. Even in the summer. People ask why and you just say you're cold but really you're smothering. If you haven't started yet, don't. It becomes and addiction more quickly than not. It never ends well. So please, if you haven't yet. Don't start.

That's true. And i haven't yet be very close to doing it a couple times already but just can't bring myself to do it.

That's good. Don't start. You soon find out how hard it is to stop.

Thank you. And I won't I'm fighting the urge to do it for my little cousins really don't want them to see that and ask just like I once did when i was little with my dad.

I had to tell my parents because of the therapist/psychologist that I was talking to. I would recommend writing it down, or talking to someone at school, who might be able to help you come up with a plan for how to tell them. Also, I really hope that they are supportive and want to help.
