Hello,
My name is Rachel and I'm 24 years old. I've had a life long battle with my self-esteem and it only continues. Unlike most people who suffer from self-esteem issues, I really don't have anything traumatizing or defeating that happened to me in my childhood to develop these issues...unless I just don't remember it. That's what is most frustrating to me. I have no reason to be the way I am. I'm just looking for support from those who understand me best.

hey rachel, its been like 4 months but hey i barely joined. Some people are usually affected by something big, but others go through gradually like you. Either way we all just need support

Hi Rachel, was you spoiled as a child perhaps?

It's the positive things we DO in life as opposed to just simply say that improves our self-esteem, what are you doing in your life right now that is meaningful to you?

    My 6mo twin DD's are EBF and just started rice cereal on the first. Everything has been going fine except this morning one of them had a diaper rash (lots of redness around her anus). I read this as one of the signs of an allergy. BUT I did just buy a different brand diaper yesterday (which they have used randomly before w/no issues). Do you think its the cereal or the diaper? Im ready to start...
